Foot Bridge 2012

LOCATION: Endicott College - Beverly, MA
SITE: Main Campus
COMMISSION: Create a new foot bridge 40 feet long
DESIGN SOLUTION: Used surrounding natural elements for inspiration to maintain the peaceful beauty on campus.
CHALLENGE: Designing around the parameters of the building codes for a bridge
to pass inspection.
MATERIALS: Panels were 1/4" Stainless Steel and powder coated. LEDs used to
illuminate bridge.
CONTRACTORS: Griffin Engineering Group, Salem Metal, Powder Pro, Magers Product, W.D. Bairstow Co.-Mechanical.
